Qualification:
Must have equivalent Diploma in IT/Electronics
UAE driving license preferred
Knowledgeable in SIRA and DP certification and registration process knowledge

Job Description:
Installation, Testing and Commissioning experience required in CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, GRMS, PABX, AV, PA, Intercom systems and Fiber Optic Splicing
To provide Security, CCTV & ANPR with associated telecom/networking infrastructure designs and specifications to relevant National and International Standards
Should visit the job site location and create estimates for networking and CCTV projects.
Should have experience in configuration and installation of Advance level CPE like VOIP TELEPHONY, IPTV, MANAGED WIFI ROUTER.
Experience in enterprise data products and services like ISDN BRI, VOIP GATEWAY – IP PHONE, PABX Preferred for GPON Technology and ADSL/DSL.
Hands off experience in Pabx systems like Panasonic, Grandstream, 3CX, Yealink, D-link will be an added advantage.
Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
Maintain server, upgrade and secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.
Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions and major changes to support regional infrastructure.
Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions.
Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed.
Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN
Minimum 2 years work experience in administration of networks, backups, administration of Windows Server 2008/12/16, Active Directory & Group Policy Management, SAN / NAS storage management, VPN applications
Experience in Network switch configuration, firewall configuration (SOPHOS/FORTINET/CISCO/Others), network monitoring, server monitoring, backup softwares, Endpoint protection/Anti Ransomware and replication
Experience in cloud migration and Office 365 email administration will be an added advantage.
Support the following technologies: Windows 10, MS Office, Basic LAN /WAN Issues, Wi-Fi Configuration, Application Software Configuration, VOIP Phone, Software installations
Providing installation, upgrade, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting on computers, peripherals, and communication devices and peripherals.
Annual maintenance Contract for onsite weekly health checkup or per user request for all the Laptop/Machines
Router installation and extended routers
