TECHNICAL DATA INPUTTER
Dubai Reports To: Regional Validation Manager (if appointed) and Head of Validation
Job Overview The role of Technical Data Inputter is an office based function responsible for built environment data and building asset data inputter. • The role requires the candidate to be tech literate, as they will predominately be required to use proprietary in-house software in the role in logging assets, and data entry from the label tags installed by the Space & Asset Tagger.
• The candidate ideally has a background of working in an support role in architectural or related sector
• The candidate must have excellent English literacy spoken, and written, be a clear communicator, be able follow direct instruction,
• The candidate must be detail orientated as extreme accuracy is mediatory.
• The candidate must have proven skills in typing, and audio transcribing of dictation recordings with high level of accuracy
• General administrative tasks to aid the Validation Team

Interpersonal & Communication Skills The role requires the candidate to interact with the validation team at all levels, from Senior Managers to general operatives. The Candidate must have a clear and positive communication style, capable of communicating clearly. Team Working As part of a fast growing start-up company as part of the Validation Team, flexibility, team working and collaboration is a must. Problem Resolution The role requires the candidate to have problem solving skills to resolve basic issues as they arise, but also be able to assess situations to bring to the attention of more senior management to resolve said issues. Qualifications Education
• The candidate will have a diploma or degree or other suitable vocation qualification
• City and Guilds Typewriting (8972) Level 3 or equivalent qualification (eg OCR or RSA)
• LCCI Level 4 Certificate in Audio Transcription or equivalent qualification Experience
The candidate must have 2+years of experience in office administration role. IT skill
The candidate must be tech literate with use of smart phones and tablets, and reasonably proficient in Ms Office for monthly reporting.
