Summary:
A Sales Coordinator is needed for an advertising company, must have sold professionally preferably in corporate organizations for at least 3 years, they understand the whole rudiments of sales process; prospecting, communicating values and benefits, handling objections, requesting for and interpreting a purchase order, after-sales service, relationship management and continuous and never-ending business development.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handing incoming communications, both verbal and written, and liaise with Sales Team, Production, Creatives Team and Finance to ensure the needs of all clients are met, and expectations exceeded. Duties will include:
• Receive and qualify new email and telephone enquiries.
• Respond to customer questions, managing expectations and updating the customer on anticipated and unexpected outcomes or issues.
• Coordinating Sales activities
• Send quotations and receive approved quotations or formal purchase orders
• Liaise with other departments regarding finances, production, deliveries and quality.
• Identify patterns and trends in customer requests and habits and actively seek cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
• Provide suggestions for promoting products for events or special occasions.
• Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and refer potential leads to Sales Executive and/or Sales Manager. If required, arrange and conduct meetings with clients in the office.
• Ensure sales presentation materials are in stock and up to date.
• Provide Sales Manager with regular reports on lead generation, opportunities and progress of day to day activities.

Skills required for this role include:
• Previous experience 2 to 5 years.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Good listening skills to understand the clients’ needs and requirements.
• Investigation and research skills to search for applicable solutions and increase knowledge about the clients and the productions.
• To be a quick learner and demonstrate problem solving skills to overcome obstacles.
• Good interpersonal skills and team work for dealing with other departments
• Flexibility, motivation and enthusiasm.
