Charterhouse is working with a top UK law firm who are looking to hire a Legal Project Manager. The LPM function has been a huge success for the firm in the UK, and due to a couple of big projects in the UAE, they now require someone to be based in Dubai. This will be a standalone role, supported by the team in the UK.
As a Legal Project Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Lawyers, key stakeholders and clients to deliver projects/matters, aiming to raise profitability, efficiency and client service. You will be involved in strategy implementation and operational support on the ground, often in a client facing situation. Advising and working closely with the bids and proposals team on pricing and quotes. There could be elements of transformation programme management.
المهارات
The successful candidate should come from a similar position, candidates outside of the UAE will also be considered. However, general project management experience from other professional service companies would be advantageous (Big4/Man Consultancy). You should have excellent experience in a client facing role, ideally from an international company. In addition, you should be confident assessing finance and performance metrics in order to provide the best value to clients.
