This is a 4 months contract role. Description:
Deliver proactive and progressive career and talent development programs to meet the business objectives and drive career progression to support the delivery of the business strategy. Responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of talent interventions to all employees. These interventions include: Roll out and project management of the Tahaddi Talent Development Programme for UAE Nationals
Project Management and support for the Graduate programme commencing at the end of September
Support with rolling out Career Development Plans across the company
The job holder will work closely with the Head of Talent to implement innovative and creative development interventions to ensure career development and progression.
Qualifications:
We would like to temporarily fill a vacant Senior Manager role within the Talent Development team. Hiring the Talent Development Senior Manager permanent role has been underway for the past 6 months since the HR change programme however we have not managed to find a suitable candidate yet. As our activities are continuing inspite of the role being vacant we need the support of an outsourced resource until the permanent role gets filled. We require this resource from the middle of September until the end of December or beginning of January (depending on how quickly the permanent person can fill the role). The temporary resource would be responsible for the following activities:
Roll out and project management of the Tahaddi Talent Development Programme for UAE Nationals
Project Management and support for the Graduate programme commencing at the end of September
Support with rolling out Career Development Plans across the company
المهارات
Degree:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR management.
• A Masters’ degree in Occupational Psychology or equivalent would be an advantage
• Level A and B Psychological Testing qualifications. Overall Experience (In Years):
• At least 5 years of relevant experience of managing teams and
delivery of projects within the field of career development
• The post-holder must have experience in working at a senior level and cross functionally with demonstrable evidence of programme/project management. Tools and Systems Experience:
Development interventions including but not limited to masterclasses, coaching, mentoring, 360 feedback - design and implementation
• Career development
Career mobilisation
Management of development plans
An appreciation of airport operations
