We are looking for a (Inside Sales/Cold Caller/Lead Generator and Sales Coordinator). We now need a dynamic, proactive Business Developer that will open new doors and really focus on the corporate gifts clients.
We are looking for an exceptionally good English speaker to work as an inside sales team member and perform outbound lead generation thru cold calling, emails, and LinkedIN for our company to schedule for gift range – both standardized product lines and customized. In essence you are targeting clients that are large in nature and have a corporate gift policy for their own staff, suppliers and customers. Whilst you will be reporting to the Sales Manager, you will need to work in an autonomous manner, make a plan and make that plan happen to deliver the results to your Manager. You will have to negotiate the pricing, interpret accurately client needs and ensure you can find solution in
the form of product. Your primary markets will be at all of the UAE emirates. Duties:- • You will follow our script to introduce our company and offer a valuable free custom report to prospective clients. You will send emails to clients, call them. You will then call customer to follow-up and discuss our proposal and then schedule a demo with our sales specialists.
• You will be expected to send one email follow-up to target decision-makers at company .
• You must gather contact details for every contact at relevant companies and enter into contact database/spreadsheet.
• You must provide a DAILY contact report listing # of calls made, # of live contact made, # of emails delivered, # of LinkedIN messages sent, # of free reports requested, # of demos scheduled. We must be able to verify all information
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — diplomatic, tactful, customer focused with a professional phone manner and ability to interact with a variety of clients.
• Process-oriented, highly organized, fast and accurate, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
• Resourceful, conscientious, punctual.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and outgoing personality with a proactive approach to work.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• You must have 3-5 years minimum inside sales experience.
• You must be experienced in learning about a product and speaking about it and participate in one-week program training (you should pass a Test after this training), this is important so that you can speak to customers about product and answer questions.
• Experience working with CRM systems and phone dialers and related software and equipment is mandatory.
• Experience working as an inside or outside sales representative and tele-sales professional is also mandatory.
• Advertising industry experience in working at a advertising agency or media agency is preferred.
