Accountable for managing/ Coordinating for required internal Infrastructure and 3rd party Infra providers for Omni-channel and other Digital Channel platform(s) Installation, Functionality verification, Compatibility, Connectivity, Capacity, Security, Integrity and Provisioning.
1. Managing/Coordinating for required internal Infrastructure and 3rd party Infra providers for the same
2. Managing Capacity of the platform, systems & connectivity with respect to the business demand
3. Prepare and manage digital channel platforms technical security aspects and requirements.
4. Ensure that all security aspects are in line with the international standards and up to date.
5. Implement all security standards, procedures, processes and requirements for entire digital channel platforms and solutions.
6. Accountable for End-to-End platform installation & provisioning.
7. Platform compatibility and functionality verification.
8. Responsible for the Connectivity and availability of all digital channels platforms
9. Platform combability and functionality verification.
10. Accountable for capacity & dimensioning for all digital channels platforms, systems and infrastructure.
Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in the telecom operator relevant to Technology field
