1. Responsible for working with Digital Channels Delivery Manager to build solution designs
2. Helps conversion from HLD to LLD
3. Responsible for making network connectivity, security, compatibility and all other technical checks before handover to onboarding & delivery teams
1. Ensure that Enterprise Customers new requirements / Solutions related to digital channels are fulfill through standard or customized solutions in coordination with the concerned teams in Engineering & other involved teams.
2. Lead the digital channel Solution design during pre-sales support activities, project delivery, RFPs and RFQs.
3. Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development and delivery.
4. Work with counterparts to productize market-based digital channel solutions.
5. Identify business and project risks of a particular change and design mitigating controls to provide optimum solutions.
6. Take leading role in closing the gaps between Engineering and marketing by reviewing and enhancing the current processes related to digital channels products/services.
7. Auditing and enhancing existing digital channels customer’s solutions in regards of network connectivity, security, compatibility, availability and all other technical aspects.
8. Creating innovative, unique, and cost-effective solutions for digital channel customers.
9. Provide architecture and technology leadership by mentoring and take a leading role in technical discussions with architecture stakeholders and with suppliers.
10. Participate in the tendering process to meet specific requirements and to select appropriate suppliers.
11. Reviews and verify the technical specifications for equipment and systems. (RFP, RFQ, Contract, RFI).
