Data & BI Manager will be responsible for organization level data integration, BI and reporting operations across the business. The applicant is required to have strong hands on technical skills as well as excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a data and BI professional who can illustrate benefits of Business Intelligence initiatives, simplify technical issues for non-technical audiences and interact as a credible peer with technical staff such as DBA’s, developers and systems integration specialists in-house as well as outsourced teams. It is imperative that he/she has completed many data integrations successfully and learnt from the issues common to data integration projects.
المهارات
Min 4-5 years of experience in the IT application production support specific to Data warehouse & BI domain.
6 - 8 years of experience in the IT/Technology field of which 2-3 years in team and BI project management (including Vendor based & in-house developed projects, applications)
Well versed with MDM platforms
Good understanding of SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and knowledge in RDBMS tools (MS SQL, Oracle etc.) and NoSQL Management tools (MongoDB).
Experience and understanding of data schema design, normalization, indexing, triggers, functions and stored procedures.
Have knowledge in visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik View, Power BI etc.).
Knowledge in Big Data (Hadoop ecosystem) is preferred.
Experience in BI roadmap, leading high tech or complex BI projects.
Degree in computer science, and/or equivalent.
Agile/Scrum Master
Desirable: Working knowledge of Talend/WSo2
