Carry out mechanical fitting duties as prescribed by the foreman.
Installation and supply of cooling water, fresh water, distilled water and ballast water as
required.
Compressed air supplies for trades and vessels use.
Install air fans for gas freeing.
Connect and operate boiler for mechanical dept. as required.
Connect and operate IG generator as required.
Take care of tools/ equipment’s and report any accident or incident happen on your area.
Return all damaged tools/ equipment’s to the department.
Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
المهارات
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Fitter.
At least 2 years’ experience in similar field of work.
Previous mechanical / pipe fitting experience are essential.
Working knowledge of English Language.
