الوصف الوظيفي Inspection of the instruments like pressure, temperature, level transmitters, different control valves, pressure gauges and equipment’s like CCTV, PAGA, Security Systems, Radio, PABX, Network LAN/WAN/WLAN, GPS, and Fire & Gas alarms. Verify the pre commissioning inspection activities for the field instruments and panels inside Control Room (like DCS, ESD, PLC, Marshalling Panel, Interconnection Panel and F&G;system). Detailed inspections of hazardous areas equipment, reporting on non-conformance issues with installations and equipment & advising commissioning and construction crews on correct installation practices. Witness checks on the electrical systems, including meggering cables, continuity testing and high potential testing of electrical systems. Ensure that the work carried out complies with international construction codes, project specifications, tender, work instructions, procedure and manuals as appropriate. Ensure compliance with project specifications, tender, work instructions, procedure and manuals as appropriate. Perform in-process and final inspections in shop and on-board. Coordinate and liaise with classification society, third party inspection agencies, Ship superintendents and other trades, to ensure adherence to related standards. Stop processes if they do not meet specified requirements, raise occurrence report, develop corrective and preventive action and ensure that rework is carried out to customer satisfaction. Collecting, updating and filing all relevant inspection records. Perform inspections to ensure that the workers performance is up to the set standards.
