The Company Our client are looking to appoint a Senior Executive Leadership position running an exciting and progressive division of their organisation, totally focused around innovation. We are looking for an outstanding individual to provide strategic leadership to the organisation, working closely with the executive team to establish and then implement long term goals, strategies, plans and policies. This role contributes directly to the UAE vision to become the innovation capital of the world. The Role
Some of the areas that you will play a key role in will be:
Contributing to building, developing and implementing the strategic plan.
Leading the strategic development and management of the annual budget.
Lead in the review of market trends to identify suitable growth opportunities.
Establish and develop an entrepreneurial ecosystem to provide world class services to clients.
Drive growth strategy, building new partnerships and key alliances.
Establish a strong media presence the local, regional and international stakeholders.
Implement and develop KPI\’s to promote continuous improvement of the organisation.
Lead a strong and empowered team.

We are looking for someone with experience of building entrepreneurial ecosystems with 10-15 years experience in running a P&L;Key skills required for this role are:
