· Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
· Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (text, images, videos or html) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
· Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
· Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
· Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
· Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
· Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
· Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
· Manage bad reviews and negative news communications.
· Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
Analyze the long term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
