JOB ROLE: Guaranty and develop the strategy of Group of Products (Category) matching with customer expectations Provide all useful support to stores in order to reach commercial objectives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Support the execution of Category Strategy Plans in line with the requirements of the business and the objectives of the department · Identify and deliver key differentiators within the categories that deliver significantly better than competitive market. · Ensure supplier relationships are effectively managed by focusing on respect of agreements, commercial and supply chain business plans · Support the requirements of the business by resolving key issues within appropriate time frames and ensuring long term solutions are implemented · Support the administration of processes including analysis, systems and contract management · Delivering ad-hoc projects in line with business requirements. Ensure that the categories are managed in line with the Grandiose framework of global policies and initiatives
المهارات
· Very good negotiation and inter personal skills.
· Very good knowledge of Supplier contracts and norms.
· Knowledge of product development.
· Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
· Financial and Analytical skills, able to prepare and manage the budget, the forecast, and to analyse the commercial performance.
