The main responsibilities for this role include: - Manage the integration of stakeholder’s deliverables including site design, IT and content; - Organise and track project timelines and deliverables; - Keep department presentations up to date; - Project management including administration ie. Meeting Minutes; - Identify risks and areas that are slipping, create an action plan to solve and deliver solutions; - Lead the delivery and implementation of the content management system; - Explore, develop, and test operational testing plans pre-event.
المهارات
6+ years of experience working in a similar position as well as;
- A Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field;
- Strong proven project management experience;
- Understanding technical integration technologies such as Cisco Vision and network connections;
- Understanding of design integration such as architectural designs and production;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines;
- Exceptional cross-departmental communication and management;
- Experience using and or setting up a content management system.
