الوصف الوظيفي Establish, develop and manage both client and partner relationships throughout the MEA region and be able to demonstrate Parson’s capabilities in this domain. Actively participate in planning the business development strategy for Smart City business opportunities. Lead tender responses in Smart City and related fields. Identify and develop unsolicited proposals to key clients throughout the MEA region. Ability to lead Smart City project delivery (whether consultancy or deployment). Participate in the formalization of Smart City and loT strategy, including vendor/product evaluations Ability to design city-scale connected Smart City and loT solutions Monitors the Smart City and loT technology landscape and suggesting new technologies and product offerings. Conduct extensive market research to analyze Smart Cities market trends, understand customer challenges and target market needs. Stay on top of current trends and serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for the Smart City offerings Willing to support and/or lead other aspects of the Smart City ecosystem including the identification and development of opportunities in other industry verticals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop technical proposal content including client presentations and other presentation materials. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. المهارات At least 10 years experience in various technology driven business development, design and deployment projects around the world. Experience of smart city applications for municipalities and within the public realm is highly desired. The candidate must demonstrate strong communications and analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to details and must have the capacity to work well in groups and a willingness to understand the various roles played by construction supervision and contractor team members. The role will be based out of Abu Dhabi with a significant amount of time to be spent in Dubai. The role may require travel throughout MEA, particularly to Saudi Arabia.
