الوصف الوظيفي Surge analysis Develop necessary Design models Evaluate HAZOP analysis as applicable to scope of work Write Design Reports Manage progress of drawings and specification Provide input and support to Quantity estimates Monitor and report design changes Learn and Practice Parsons Quality and Safety procedures and processes Review and comment on mechanical and infrastructure systems Review and comment on third party budgetary cost estimates for housing units Coordinate and collect information from relevant Agencies, third party consultants and contractors to prepare weekly and monthly reports Participate in detailed review of budget and schedule Support project team in preparation of proposals Actively contribute in Value Engineering exercises Liaise with All relevant agencies and Client team to obtain necessary approvals. Meets layout requirements and develops alternate design layouts of systems as required. Ensures compliance with required design safety factors, tolerances, and specifications. Reviews supplier data and supplier/manufacturer drawings, as required. Checks orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) drawings prepared by others. Performs checking procedures as appropriate to the discipline and assigned by immediate supervisor. Assists in training lower-level Designers in various procedures. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Supervision Given - Lower-level Designers (technical guidance only) Internal Contacts - All Employees on Project External Contacts - Clients; Stakeholders, Suppliers; Fabricators المهارات Background in Water/irrigation Network modeling, design and installation is essential. Pumping stations, surge calculations using WANDA and recognized software’s is essential, HAZOP assessment is essential. Individual must be able to independently develop the concept design, preliminary design, detail design, quantity estimates, specifications and tender Documents. Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, discipline relevant engineering software for design and calculation of the Water/Irrigation system.
