Site Engineer or Project Engineer ( Civil Engineer) intermediate level with 7 to 10 years of experience in Roads, infrastructure, utilities / pipelines projects.
Minimum 4 years experience ( in relevant field) in United Arab Emirates (UAE), (especially in Dubai with DEWA/RTA, DM, WASL,EMAAR, ICD, Nakheel etc).

Knowledge/ experience of NOC procedures in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
