Job description / Role
• Leading project meetings
• Overseeing internal and external design teams and ensuring effective coordination
• Working with clients to ensure that their requirements are fulfilled and expectations met
• Maintaining thorough documentation of all processes
• Keeping up to date with changing legislation and codes of practice to ensure compliance with all authorities having jurisdiction
• Requires a thorough understanding of technical, regulatory and commercial issues as well as pure design considerations
• Strict adherence to meeting project deadlines while maintaining company’s quality standards
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with minimum 8 years experience, including knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD and other related industry softwares
• Highrise Project Experience in Dubai
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques
