Talent Acquisition Specialist required -both internal AND agency candidates will be considered!
Gastronomica is one of the leading restaurant operators in the Middle East specializing in the design and creation of unique dining concepts.
What makes Gastronomica truly special however is the people and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of ensuring we continue to attract and retain the very best talent in the market.
The business is growing extensively and I am looking for recruiters to join my team across Dubai, Kuwait and KSA so if you’re a passionate and driven recruiter with strong experience of sourcing high-quality candidates, possess a high sense of urgency and can demonstrate the ability to manage the full lifecycle from start to finish, then I want to hear from you!
المهارات
*Experience within Recruitment / Talent Acquisition either within agency or In-house for an end-client
*Must have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent candidate management skills including sourcing. qualifying, interviewing through to offer and onboarding
*Demonstrable experience of sourcing technical positions or positions requiring a specific / niche skillset
*Ideally experience of recruiting across multiple industries at all levels
*Experience of headhunting via Linkedin
*Familiar with sourcing via multiple channels
*Highly-organized with strong attention to detail
*Reporting skills including updates on recruitment activity
