We are hiring Beauty/SPA therapist to join our Dubai international Airport Branch . Job Description Under the authority of the Store manager, the Beauty Therapist will have the following missions: I.DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS - Welcome customers with a courtesy and warm attitude - Have an elegant and discreet presentation, use a proper vocabulary, be professional and accessible - Perform a wellness diagnostic by listing carefully the customer to identify his/her needs and wishes - Providing excellent massage services - Inform the customer on the execution of the wellness services selected, introduce the products and their benefits - Effectively performing operations functions: spa opening and closing, operating the cash register, maintaining the cleanliness of the spa II.PRODUCTS MONITORING - Make sure the products are always available and in sufficient quantity on the store - Check the presence of the integrality of the products before opening the store - Contribute to the logistics management: take part of the inventories, inform the manager about the levels of stocks - Maintenance of the equipment and of the cleanliness of the spa III.ADVICE AND SALES - Create a favorable context for the sells - Increasing personal sales by up-selling and promoting retail items to their customers - Increasing team sales by cross-selling SKILLS · Perform Chair, Table, and Foot massages · Demonstrate extraordinary customer service and retail skills · Sales driven attitude · Dynamism, Motivation, rigor · Team spirit Salary - 2600/AED+Excellent incentives and Commisions+Over time allowance |
