Join a brand new sales team for a bespoke, award-winning client services provider!
Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ UAE sales / business development experience
- Experience in real estate services / corporate services / PRO services / business consultancy
- Proven understanding / knowledge of UAE real estate market / corporate services practices
- Highly-motivated, sales driven, out-going and ambitious professional
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- An entrepreneurial approach to expand sales and business development efforts
- UAE driving license
Preferred:
- Familiarity working with a CRM such as Pipedrive
- B2B and B2C sales experience
- Existing industry connections / network in related market
Duties:
- Main task will be selling a bespoke set of client related services in the real estate industry / corporate services field - POA services, property conveyancing, business setups, corporate services etc
- New client acquisition, approaching prospective as well as existing customers to offer our bespoke set of services
- Identifying / qualifying leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
- Creating and executing a sales plan that will include the target customers and other businesses
- Opening, establishing and managing new client dealing relationships with real estate companies and other corporate service providers
- Managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives/decision makers
- Building a rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers
- Ongoing client relationship management
- Account management - liaising with clients, providing regular updates via email and telephone
- Reviewing/ updating the company CRM database / client status tracker with the progress of the case; including weekly/monthly reports to management
- Appointment setting, attending meetings and presentations
- Planning, developing and evaluating new business opportunities, cross-selling & up-selling
