Responsibilities and Duties:
• Follow company procedures, achieve a set sales target, and meet KPI requirements.
• Keep up to date with the market including new developments and changes
• in regulations.
• Maintain and expand relationships with developers and investors.
• Advise investors when it comes to any real estate investment opportunities in Dubai.
• Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with individuals and organisations who have a high net worth to promote, market, and sell off-plan & ready properties in Dubai.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer needs and financial resources.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
