- Support and maximize brand exposure across all online platforms in accordance with the corporate guidelines to ensure the company and subsidiaries are accurately represented. - Manage existing company Websites and launch new one to support future e-commerce objectives. - Liaise with external agencies and vendors when necessary. - Assist Marketing and Communications Department in developing their social media and content strategy across existing and new platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Vine, LinkedIn, Google Plus and Foursquare Monitor online platforms and communities to report on new trends and existing conversations around Union brands. - Assist in reviewing social media digital campaign performances and make recommendations for improving media campaign with the Marketing and Communication Manager and Corporate E-Commerce. - Provide reports to analyze monthly social media engagement statistics. - Keep the Marketing and Communications team up-to-date by researching and evaluating upcoming social media tools. - Maintain accurate information across different digital platforms and constantly update these platforms with new content. - Ensure online brand identity is protected and manage website content of the company and other subsidiaries. - Support the establishment of e-marketing calendar and assist different department and subsidiaries in maintaining their customer database. - Participate in online workshops, conferences and networking opportunities to keep abreast with trends in the digital marketing field Requirements. |
