• Acting as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
• Responsible for handling induction and on boarding.
• Maintaining and updating HRIS.
• Maintaining and updating organization charts.
• Communicating plans and progress against the plan to the HR Function and the business units.
• Responsible for medical insurance for the company.
• Ensuring compliance to HR policy is maintained.
• Performance Management - Probation evaluation, Job descriptions and KPI implementation.
• Managing employee relations issues within the business units.
• Ensuring exit formalities are conducted and updated.
• Preparing monthly reports for management review – Time & Attendance, Leave, Performance review, recruitment updates.
• Providing inputs for payroll and final settlements.
