a) Manage all accounting transactions.
b) Prepare budget forecasts.
c) Publish financial statements in time.
d) Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
e) Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
f) Ensure timely bank payments.
g) Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
h) Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
i) Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
j) Audit financial transactions and documents.
k) Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
l) Comply with financial policies and regulations.
m) Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
n) Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
o) Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
p) Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
q) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
r) Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
t) Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
u) Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
