Position Summary:
This Position should have experience in the construction industry with exposure to concrete building construction, warehouses and interior finishing works and worked with contractors, consultant or client. Actively involved in projects works
Role Description:
Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: • Expert in AutoCAD 2D, 3D and graphic software
• Knowledge and ability to prepare all civil, electrical, plumbing and HVAC drawings.
• Experience in the construction industry
Other Responsibilities: • Documents creation & control and records keeping
• Excellent communication and coordination ability
• Coordination works in office
• Preparing site reports, checking submissions and filling in other paperwork at site
• Reports generation
Team Organization:
Reporting to: Project Manager
