Job Opportunity
The purpose of this position is to assist the Rolling Stock Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to the line maintenance team, and to ensure that the rolling stock operates in a safe and reliable manner for the Dubai Metro.
Key Accountabilities
Assist the Rolling Stock Engineer in overseeing all aspects of technical support activities pertaining to rolling stock including software configuration management, technical support, preparation of maintenance procedures and instructions, safety and quality plans and procedures;
Assist the Rolling Stock Engineer in coordinating the maintenance planning and scheduling;
Assist the Rolling Stock Engineer to improve the existing system performance including appropriate modifications, new works planning and implementation;
Maintain and keep track of the section maintenance records by using the Maintenance Management System.
Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the Rolling Stock Engineer and Rolling Stock & Depots Manager.
