• Provide general day-to-day support on recruitment, onboarding and other HR processes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assists in the departmental and organizational staff planning.
• Assists in the development and update of job descriptions with the hiring department.
• Prepares and process Recruitment Requisition Form (RRF) along with the Manpower Requisition (MPR).
• Prepares recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
• Coordinates with recruitment agencies and ensures provisions in agency agreements are observed;
• Ensure to inform agency of all matters concerning the workers deployed within their guarantee period.
• Coordinates with Finance department for agency guarantee.
• Joins overseas recruitment drives, if required.
• Coordinates with selected candidate/ recruitment agency for onboarding procedures.
• Ensures timely onboarding of new employees/ workers;
• Coordinates with Public Relations (PR) for the visa processing of selected candidates for local and overseas recruitment and visa costs.
• Updates recruitment module in HR Information System; monitor employees under agency guarantee until completion of probation.
• Ensures proper recording of visa processing stage of each candidates, especially for employees from agency
• Collates and forward employees/workers relevant documents for joining formalities,
• Coordinates and ensures all the onboarding facilities and procedures.
• Conducts orientation to new employees/workers.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned
