Attend all incoming calls, take notes of the call details, coordinate with the concerned Sales/Indoor/Warehouse personnel and update the customer accordingly.
Provide technical and commercial support to the customers, in coordination with the sales staff.
To be an active sales support hand for the sales team of AHE.
Preparation of new codes for the products.
To make sales order entry.
Preparations of pre-qualifications for various products as and when required.
