POSITION: Project Manager
SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Hospitality and F&B;Group
LOCATION: UAE / GCC
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male, 40 years old and below
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards
Ensures all projects are completed within budget and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines
Manages program of projects and projects team within a region to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts
Develops programs and annual budget
Prepares detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding
Hires, manages, and develops staff
Development of Bill of Quantities for a project
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field
An advanced degree in Business/Management/Finance/Construction Management or a related field is strongly preferred
At least 3-5 years of experience in the direct management of large projects
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of CAD/CAFM systems
Experienced in dealing with site analysis, permitting and approvals, budget control, estimating, design and construction coordination and project scheduling
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
UAE Driving license is mandatory
