Must have VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE & preferably has a car
• Must have a well-verse knowledge with sanitary, and can represent Italian sanitary line.
• Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients involving business development role in a commercial and residential turnkey interior fit out, retails Hospitality, F & B, Residential and commercial projects.
• Take a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met.
• Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets as set by management.
• Help the business grow social media product sales.
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team, Involve in Preparing proposals, detailed costings and contract documents prior to negotiation with clients.
• Develop new business relationships.
• Present effective and professional presentations on services.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is kept current at all times.
• Report on sales, activity and performance as required by business head.
• Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as policies.
• Ideally you be degree educated and highly technical, able to converse easily with architects and engineers, having sales experience within an Interior fit out; engineering sector
• Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry.
• Develop new business contacts from nominated prospects and the prospect universe.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities, assess competitor activity and interest and, make the decision to proceed with the contact strategy.
• Extend existing products into new market areas by approaching new clients, presenting proposals and closing the sale.
• Plan sales strategy, qualify business issues and create consultative dialogue.
