• Design and develop digital and communication marketing strategy with a key focus on Middle East and other Africa markets
• Develop marketing plans for various channels that support Huobi MENA growth objectives in the region and deliver lead generation campaigns through content-lead campaigns.
• Brand positioning, help Huobi MENA to define and communicate our product and positioning to the market.
• Drive and retain customers by creating, testing through different channels, gather feedback and deliver to the concerned departments.
• Develop very strong customer insights through quantitative and qualitative methods
• In-depth knowledge on multiple digital channels, tools, principles and practices like SEO, Paid search, Display, Google Analytics and CRM.
• Prepare and manage marketing budget on a monthly and yearly basis and present it to the management
• Monthly performance reviews about customers acquisition, campaigns, preferred media and results.
• Excellent numeric and analytic skills to interpret the performance of various medias including internal customer data
• Channel evaluation to know the best marketing and communication strategy
• Accomplish operational goals in collaboration with various department heads.
• Build strong rapport with community managers / partners in various regions and manage and guide them for campaigns in the MENA region
• Creating brand awareness by organic methods like events, blog posting, comments, etc.
• Ensure all the designs and publications of marketing material are in line with the Huobi MENA marketing strategy.
• Develop, manage and successful execution of marketing events/campaigns for business development in the region.
• Build internal relationships, manage teams and strong understanding in executing all levels of marketing activities.
• Setup the marketing function by hiring the right resources to execute the said plans and objectives
• Responsible to achieve active users targets on a monthly basis as a part of the KPI
• Identify opportunities to partner with other organizations to enhance to reach and visibility of HuobiMENA in the region
