1. Lead the team to carry out on-site training, collect training feedback from customers and salesmen, and constantly optimize and improve zero promotion efficiency.
2. Visit the market regularly to understand the channel, terminal construction and salesman management level, and formulate the corresponding training plan.
3. Understand the demonstration mode and logic of major consumer electronics manufacturers in retail scenarios, and deduce the product logic in reverse.
4. From the perspective of consumer demand and the actual retail scenario, this paper deeply excavates and analyses consumer demand, and plans and formulates product demonstration, experience plan and promotion plan.
5. Develop and implement KPI objectives, evaluate subordinates’performance, conduct professional skills training and counseling for subordinates, and propose external skills training needs, so as to enhance team sales and operation capabilities.
المهارات
1. Industry experience: Communication industry or other consumer goods industry, more than one year training and training management experience;
2. Education: Bachelor degree or above;
3. Familiar with and love consumer electronics products, familiar with and understand the presentation of retail scenes, understand consumer behavior and habits;
4. Familiar with terminal store management;
5. Strong business ability, communication ability and team management ability.
