Job Description and Requirements
ASBIS is looking for a Business Development Manager for its Server & Storage Department in Dubai, UAE, who will play a key role in the continued rapid growth of ASBIS’s business in the Region.
Duties:
Build long-term relationships with system integrators, value-added resellers, and large business end, users
Recruit, enable and develop new partners across technology areas-Server and Storage
Sales of complex projects and solutions to partners (Hardware and Software)
Carry out commercial negotiations with partners and customers (including C-level)
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans
Achieve revenue, margin and business mix targets
Develop a relationship with representatives of vendors inside the region
Required skills and experience:
Higher education (technical degree desirable)
4+ years’ work experience as VAD Distributor or System Integrator
Sales experience in B2B business (successful experience in sales and attracting new customers)
Architecture level understanding of server and storage technologies
Understanding the principles of the solution sales process
Communication and negotiation skills
Advanced presentation skills
Preparation of the commercial documents, competitive offers, presentations
Fluent English is a must
