•Set the strategy for Media Relations and Social Media engagement and define acceptable levels of interactions.
• Set marketing communications budgets and define and execute annual marketing plans.
• Manage all internal and external marketing communications plans and activities such as:
- Promote adoption of products for both direct customers and subscribers.
- Monitor and increase brand awareness and direct customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute financial literacy and credit education initiatives in liaison with external partners.
•Analyze best use of budgets for maximizing performance through a combination of internal resources and smart outsourcing.
•Design inngvative marketing and communication visuals and messages.
• Constantly Monitor specialize marketing vendors’ performance.
•Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns through digital channels (and traditional if required).
•Utilize marketing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and devise strategies for better results and performance in subsequent campaigns.
•Review and manage content on digital channels (mobile app and website).
• Organize and manage events (in the company and in outside venues).
•Create creative and professional presentations templates.
•Update company brand guidelines and template library and constantly introduce new tools for better visualization and presentation.Define & maintain brand guideline and internal deliverable template library.
• Commission market research to support company in achieving its corporate objectives.
•Optimize, automate and streamline marketing communications operations by introducing new tools and enhancements to the existing CRM platform.

•Senior managerial role in leading marketing communications activities.
• Proven track record in managing teams, executing strategies and delivering marketing results.
• Outstanding presentation skills and proved track record in public and press communications.
• Direct experience in managing visual design teams and delivering highly effective results.
• Direct experience in managing marketing agencies and social media communications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Project.
• Minimum experience of 12 years in senior managerial roles in marketing communications reporting to Head of Department or CEO.
• Bachelor degree in Business, marketing or Communications.
• Full business proficiency in both Arabic and English.
