Job Description and Requirements
‘Production Manager’ with 10 years of experience in similar Production Management roles for a Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Food Ingredients / Specialty Chemical Plant, preferably in the Middle East region. Attractive Remuneration and Benefits as per UAE standards, shall be offered to the suitable candidate. • Conducting manufacturing activity of Enzyme formulations in a sterile environment as per approved formulations, abiding strict quality standards.
• Managing the Production Work Force, including process workers and supervisors. Providing working schedules, SOPs and GMP based instructions to the workforce.
• Maintaining GMP standards in the production area with records.
• Maintaining highest performance standards and accuracy on all equipment and scales and maintain usage and calibration Logs.
• Strictly following Standard Manufacturing and Formulation Recipes and Production SOP’s
• Coordination with QA department for approval of materials received and produced.
• Maintaining Safety and high-quality working standards for the production team.
• Preparing, controlling, maintaining and rendering regulatory documentation in the production area, as per UAE Labor Law and Civil Defense.
• Maintaining Environment Safety Standards in the production area as per Dubai Municipality directives on Air and Water Pollution, issued to our client.
• Maintaining ERP of Materials received, consumed, stored and dispatched.
• Actively coordinating with and meeting shipping schedules and deadlines prescribed as per Production Schedule, received from the Sales department and Shipping department.
• Preventive and Post occurrence maintenance of all production equipment and maintaining records.
• Proactively involved in maintaining ISO 9001-2015 Standards as per established guidelines.
Requirements
• BTech or BS in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Biotechnology / Material Science / Production Engineering
or
• MS Chemistry or Material Sciences
• Minimum 10 years Production experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Food Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals etc. preferably in the Middle East region
