This position assists the Executive Director of Human Resources in carrying out policies and procedures relating to a variety of human resources functions. An employee relations will be involved in number of HR activities, such as workplace investigations, supervisor coaching, new employee orientation and employee recognition programs.
المهارات
• Responsible for Independent counseling to resolve work related problems. .
• Responsible for facilitate regular employee feedback, organize meetings, counseling & ensure problem resolution.
• Supports the HR Director with the planning and implementation of all employee recognition programs
• Active involvement in employee retention especially excellent performers.
• Responsible for conducting training on a variety of Human Resources and employment topics.
• Assists with the development of forms and documents for employee relations and performance management.
• Prepares reports and presentations
• Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed or assigned
• Responsible for visiting company outlets on regular basis for employee engagement and compliance audit
• Responsible for new employee onboarding & orientation process. Act as employee ambassador to introduces new employees to staff, gives them a tour of the facility and schedules their new orientation sessions
• Responsible for arranging employee social events.
• Produce and submit reports.
• Other duties as assigned
