• Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the Business growth plan of the company.
• Establish market penetration to procure Fit Out and refurbishment jobs in the UAE, especially in the shopping malls and retail sector as appropriate and generate opportunities through contacts, networking associations especially with the lease management team.
• Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
• Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.
• Conduct regular meetings with the lease management team based in the shopping malls in order to maintain and build up database regarding prospective clients mainly looking for a fit out or refurbishment job requirement.
