To drive value through HR Transformation...to drive policies, practices, employee engagement to create a culture that enables higher engagement driving productivity and easier retention of high performing talent. This is a high impact , high-visibility position and the ability to influence the future course of the organization...hence we need the consummate professional who has the experience of leading transformation across a large organziation which is still on it’s journey from the traditional way of doing things. Prior experience in setting up shared services / centre of excellence would be highly preferred. Candidates need to have led transformation projects across at least 8+ countries , fluency in English and Arabic would be an advantage. And of course this role will require ....“the mind of a mac ..ability to have multiple tabs open and still not crash....a “croc skin” ....driving change is never easy and the ability to take the brickbats and bouquets becomes essential for the role to deliver.
المهارات
Master’s Degree in the field of Human Resources or Industrial Organizational Psychology is a plus. Prior HR management experience of 15 + plus years. Flexible, adaptable, ability to handle fast pace and operate with ambiguity. Experience with: Talent Development/Management, Organizational Design, Change Management and Transformation,High degree of executive maturity with ability to influence
