Responsble for building th EPC vertical. You will be strategizing the marketing & sales plan, developing & managing the exclusive clientele, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends, working with developers, preparing documents for the contracts and bidding activities and coordinating with costing team to submit proposals.
المهارات
An architect or engineering graduate with MBA who comes with 20 + years of experience in EPC Business within UAE. Good communication, presentation & selling skills. Team player, ensuring team numbers, good at relationship building and account management. You should have good track record of meeting numbers, Review sales trends, and sales forecast. Managing JV’s (Joint Ventures) especially for buildings would be a great adavantage
