الوصف الوظيفي IT Governance team has initiated a program for IT Transformation, which will further impact all the above mentioned areas, with focus on improving productivity and employee engagement, increase quality and reduce turn around times and increase ability to meet bank requirements for new products and services. After a careful RFP process involving a number or leading consulting firms it was agreed to follow the Lean IT methodology, which is a specialist transformation /change management tool that focuses on customer centricity, Process efficiency, organization, performance management and mind set and behaviors. IT Governance team will lead the IT transformation. 2. Job Purpose (Why does the job exist? What is the value delivered by the job holder to the unit?) This role will report to the AVP - Lean Transformation for IT Governance and work closely with different business units as well as IT leaders to guide the Lean transformation program within Group IT. For the program to be successful, it will be important to have strong relationship building and communication skills to ensure that the organization is completely bought into the Lean philosophy. The role must provide expertise on Lean principles and how to apply them into information technology, provide required training and coaching to up-skill for all employees within different levels of the organization. The role will project manage transformations, which will be made up by a number of projects (called waves). 3. Job Content (List Deliverables, Performance Measures and Main Tasks) Key Deliverables Performance Measures Main Tasks Project Management of the Lean Implementation Waves · Project delivery on schedule · Project approach and planning in place and communicated · Planning and approach for the projects (waves) as per the schedule Provide training and coaching on Lean methodologies · Training delivered as per plan · Coach and Train IT Managers and Senior Managers on Lean Concepts · Coach and Train IT SMEs on Lean Concepts and Tools · Training IT Lean Navigators on Lean Concepts, Tools and practical implementation · Provide training material and ongoing reference material for Lean Training. Recommend solutions to drive value from lean initiatives · Solutions identified, tracked and taken forward for implementation · Lead the transformation waves as per the plan and identify opportunities for improvement. · &nbs;المهارات |
