Job Description
• Develop and prepare the asset strategy and plans for all RTA corporate assets and properties with the assistance of other Agencies and Departments who perform asset management activities.

• Manage the RTA corporate assets in line with the corporate Strategic Asset Management Plan.

• Prepare Corporate Strategic Asset Management Plan awareness program, and circulate it with a high level of communication to all Agencies and Departments involved in asset management activities.

• Define asset service levels to ensure the RTA assets support the strategic goal of “Asset Sustainability”.

• Conduct studies to facilitate accurate asset financing and funding analysis to ensure better decision making.

• Plan and develop the asset policies and lifecycle processes for all RTA corporate assets with the assistance of other Agencies and Departments who perform asset management activities.

• Create and manage a knowledge center to communicate the corporate asset management strategy with all RTA Agencies and Departments who perform asset management activities.

• Prepare, develop, implement and manage service level agreements for asset categories strategy with all RTA Agencies and Departments who perform asset management activities.

• Prepare, develop, implement and manage the corporate optimization of whole life value-for-money of RTA assets.

• Prepare, develop, implement and manage an asset classification manual defining the corporate RTA assets.

• Prepare, develop, implement and manage an asset risk management process to determine the risk profiles of the corporate asset categories and mitigation actions.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a recognized university,
• 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• A computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering a wide variety of applications
• Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
• Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
