Job Description and Requirements • Manage the RTA corporate assets in line with the corporate Strategic Asset Management Plan. • Prepare Corporate Strategic Asset Management Plan awareness program, and circulate it with a high level of communication to all Agencies and Departments involved in asset management activities. • Define asset service levels to ensure the RTA assets support the strategic goal of “Asset Sustainability”. • Conduct studies to facilitate accurate asset financing and funding analysis to ensure better decision making. • Plan and develop the asset policies and lifecycle processes for all RTA corporate assets with the assistance of other Agencies and Departments who perform asset management activities. • Create and manage a knowledge center to communicate the corporate asset management strategy with all RTA Agencies and Departments who perform asset management activities. • Prepare, develop, implement and manage service level agreements for asset categories strategy with all RTA Agencies and Departments who perform asset management activities. • Prepare, develop, implement and manage the corporate optimization of whole life value-for-money of RTA assets. • Prepare, develop, implement and manage an asset classification manual defining the corporate RTA assets. • Prepare, develop, implement and manage an asset risk management process to determine the risk profiles of the corporate asset categories and mitigation actions. • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
