ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. Sell UNITECH’s products mainly the Power Tools to the new and existing customers and also makes sure that the receivables are collected on time after the sales is completed. Makes calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical Department. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Meet personal and team sales targets.

Principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services Knowledge and experience in Principles and processes for providing customer service. Quick Learner, Creativity, Imagination, Sharpness, Socializing, Negotiating, Committed, Convincing & Challenging Clear understanding of the construction sector Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
IT & COMPUTER SKILLS:
Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) with excellence in MS Excel High level in computer literacy allowing fast learning of new systems
