tasks and duties:
• Designing engaging and responsive landing pages
• Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability
• Employing industry and design best practice through website build process
• Conducting website testing
• Liaising with back-end developers to ensure web and app logic is properly integrated
• Ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet
• Working with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website
• Providing internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website
• Planning Site design by clarifying Goals
• Designing Functionality through Site navigation by categorizing content and funneling traffic through content.
• coordinating and collaborating with Account Managers, Copywriter, Graphic Designers and other graphic artists on images, icons, banners, audio, etc
• preparing the site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools;
• ensuring cross-platform compatibility
• Establishing links and locability by registering with search engines.
• Maintaining and providing ongoing design of the website, promos and ad banners, seasonal content updates, special promotion materials, etc.
