POSITION: Assistant Sales Manager
SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission, petrol and salik
HIRING COMPANY: Supplier of Specialty Chemicals
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male, 35 years old and below
With valid UAE Driver’s license
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree graduate or Diploma holder
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with 3-4 years of experience in the GCC region
Has strong background in selling specialty chemicals such as plastics, rubber and coatings in GCC
With established network or connections in the coatings & construction chemical industries
Flexible to travel to all GCC and East African countries

Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A leader and a team player who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever needed
A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure
Ability to provide customer service in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at organizing and solving problems
Time management and organization skills
