Quest Search & Selection is working with a well-known Leisure and Retail Group who is looking to hire a Procurement Operations Manager to work in their office in Dubai, UAE.
As a Procurement Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Director of Procurement in managing the overall performance of Purchase DepartmentMonitoring KPIs and SLA’s of the procurement teamResponsible for spending analysis reports, suggesting and implementing ways of saving opportunitiesHandling supplier’s data base, onboarding, categorization and monitoring supplier’s performanceResponsible for all data update in the ERP system regarding operationsPoint of contact for external and internal auditsImplementation of processes, policies, form and procedures together with the Director of Procurement
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Procurement Operations Manager):
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Finance or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong Accounting and Finance Capabilities (FP&A;- background preferred)Strong supplier management skillsGood understanding of ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Ms Dynamics)Strong skills in Procurement management and performanceHands on approach and good team player
The Benefits:
Package is AED 22,000 - 26,000 per month + family status.
