Job Summary:

maptalent is currently seeking a Project Manager - Architecture for an industry-leading developer with operations across the GCC. The client has an excellent track record of providing a complete range of high-end commercial, retail, residential and public space.

Description:

The Project Manager - Architecture will oversee all live and future projects from a technical architecture perspective. This position is key to monitoring the advancement of design & construction and ensuring that the design intent is maintained throughout the planning & implementation process. It is essential that you have a natural eye for detail across various project types, including hospitality, retail, mixed-use, commercial and residential developments. The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a stable career history over a minimum of 12 years having worked on the design of multiple high-end projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture – minimum expectation
Professional affiliation / registration – AIA / RIBA
Minimum of 12 years’ experience working within the architectural industry
High-level understanding of BIM
Experienced in managing clients through both design & execution phases
Experience in GCC is preferred
