Job Description and Requirements
The Commercial Director will oversee the commercial department ensuring compliance, contract management, pre-contract, and contractual review and litigation. This position is key to providing a high level of commercial and contractual management and client management on upcoming projects in the UAE. The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a high-level understanding of both mechanical and electrical engineering. The candidate will also have good client facing skills.
Requirements:
Ideally, degree qualified in relevant field
Minimum of 20 years’ experience working within the construction industry
Previously worked for leading contractors
Large building project experience required
Strong commercial acumen and client facing
