Job Description and Requirements
Work Experience

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a similar aerospace role, of which at least 10 years in a
leadership/management position within an MRO facility/aviation maintenance program.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or any other suitable study discipline

Knowledge and skills

Strong leadership skills
Strong leadership skillswritten Communication skills

Strong verbal and written Communication skills

Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines

knowledge in the development and implementation of policies & procedures

Strong organizational commitment

Financial management skills

Strong drive to grow capabilities

Meticulous attention to detail

Program/project planning and scheduling – experience with MS Project

Experience working within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment

Proficient in MS office
